    Octopus Dive Penida is cheapest at IDR 6,225,000 for the SSI Open Water course over 3 days, and lists what that covers: e-learning, e-card certification, instructor, pool entrance fee, four ocean dives, dive gear, dive computer, tanks, weights, lunchbox and drinking water. It excludes the Sanur-Penida-Sanur fast boat and accommodation. Bali Aqua lists IDR 6,400,000 over 3 days and Reeflex Divers IDR 6,600,000 for its standard course over 2.5 days. Scuba Junkie Penida lists IDR 6,800,000 over 3 days and states the price includes dive equipment, instructor fees, PADI eLearning and certification, lunch on the pool day, and a snack and lunch on the boat; theory is done online before you arrive and the minimum age is 10. World Diving Lembongan lists IDR 6,825,000 for training over 3-4 days from age 12, and Blue Corner Dive Penida IDR 6,900,000 with four ocean dives.
