Gili Islands Dive Prices 2026: What Diving Actually Costs

IDR 545,000-640,000 for a single dive across our tracked operators. A night dive costs more, IDR 665,000-790,000, and a Discover Scuba Diving try-dive for non-certified divers runs IDR 995,000-1,350,000.

IDR 5,975,000-6,900,000 across our tracked operators. Advanced Open Water, for already certified divers, runs less: IDR 4,975,000-5,900,000.

Depends on the dive count. Our tracked operators offer a 3-dive package at IDR 1,728,000 (IDR 576,000 per dive) and a 10-dive package at IDR 5,000,000 (IDR 500,000 per dive) -- both work out slightly cheaper per dive than a single fun dive at IDR 545,000-640,000, with the larger package giving the bigger per-dive saving.

It depends on the operator, and it's the one real gap between otherwise near-identical prices. DSM Dive, Dive Central Gili, and Trawangan Dive all charge a one-off IDR 100,000 marine park fee per person on top of the listed course/dive price. Gili Island Diving Center states explicitly that park fees don't apply. Gili Divers doesn't mention a fee either way on its listing, worth confirming directly before you book if the fee isn't shown. Since prices are otherwise nearly flat across operators, this is one of the few things actually worth comparing, along with group size on the boat.
